The Artisans Guild Gallery holds art markets in the spring and fall each year in designated months. We encourage both experienced and emerging artists and makers to apply.
The markets are held in the charming backyard of the Artisans Guild, in the Pleasant Street Historic District in Gainesville, FL at 224 NW 2nd Avenue, 32601.
We select our market artists and makers on a first come - first serve basis with attention to quality and balance in media represented.
The application for the Mother's Day Art Market on May 14, 2023, is now live, so click the Art Market Application 2023 link on the menu bar to apply.
The application for the Fall Art Markets will go live in September for the Fall Art Markets, so check back for those.

Artist Testimony:
"The Artisans Guild Gallery in Gainesville hosts art markets in designated months in their back yard during the cooler months of the year. This little art market is a true gem in Gainesville. It has a variety of arts and crafts each month, all hand made with care and enthusiasm. It is a delightful stroll for visitors in the back yard of the gallery, with shade trees. There is a different food vendor each month, all delicious, staffed by professional, friendly, and kind people.
There is always live music, pleasant and not too loud. The front porch has interesting exhibits by gallery members and the gallery inside is full of treasures by member artists. I have not worked with nicer people. Please come out and support the monthly art market. It is very special. It has a completely different atmosphere from the big street fairs. The artists are all kind and always happy to help each other. It is wonderful and relaxing. It gets my highest recommendation. Support these local artisans."
